Definitions

"Platform"

Refers to the 7999be website, mobile interface, all games, sports betting markets, casino services, and associated software operated at 7999be.net.

"Player" / "You"

Refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered by the 7999be platform.

"Account"

Refers to the individual registered profile created by a Player on the 7999be platform, used to access games, manage funds, and claim bonuses.

"BDT"

Age Verification

Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. Any real-money deposits made by a minor will be returned to the original payment source, less any withdrawals already processed. Bonus funds credited to a minor's account will be forfeited entirely.

Geographic Restrictions

Standard KYC documents include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and confirmation of your primary payment method. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in a temporary withdrawal hold.

Deposit Terms

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the 7999be cashier. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to payment provider availability.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: bKash withdrawals — typically within 5 to 30 minutes; Nagad withdrawals — typically within 5 to 30 minutes; Rocket and Upay withdrawals — within 30 to 60 minutes. Processing times are measured from the moment the withdrawal request is approved by 7999be's cashier team. Delays may occur during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. 7999be reserves the right to request proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals involving bonus-derived winnings are additionally subject to the wagering requirements set out in the Bonus & Promotions Policy section of these terms.

Chargebacks & Disputed Transactions

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your mobile money provider in respect of a deposit made to 7999be is a violation of these Terms & Conditions. 7999be reserves the right to suspend any account from which a chargeback has been initiated and to recover the value of any chargeback from any balance remaining in that account.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7999be's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 7999be account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7999be shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming session, or loss of opportunity — even if 7999be has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Service Availability

While 7999be targets 99.9% platform uptime and invests in enterprise-grade infrastructure, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency patches, third-party service failures, or events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, or internet infrastructure failures affecting Bangladesh) may result in temporary service interruptions. 7999be will not be liable for any losses incurred as a direct result of platform downtime.

Third-Party Content

Games offered on 7999be are provided by third-party game studios under licence agreements. 7999be is not the developer of these games and does not control their underlying software. While we partner only with certified providers whose systems are independently audited, 7999be cannot accept liability for any loss arising from a defect or malfunction in a third-party game beyond the remedies described in the Game Rules & Fair Play section of these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws.
